Abstract

The primary objective of this qualitative research study was to examine Quality of Life Development of the Thai Elderly person with the ASEAN Community. Information and data in this study received from a variety of all 12 documents regarding the elderly. Content analysis technique was employed. Research results revealed that the Thai society had been entirely moving to an aging society in 2024. Under the limitation and insufficient public welfare, the local and community have a significant role to fulfill the lack to mobilize these processes by using a variety of social capital, such as several policies, plan, and regularities, then the old Thai society has readiness towards ASEAN Community.
