Abstract

The    purposes  of  this  research  were  to 1) Study  the  management of    early  childhood  education  2) to  develop   a model  for  kindergarten   education  effectiveness  and  3) To assess the  satisfaction  of  the  management  model  of  early  childhood education  effectiveness  school  under The Khon Kaen  Primary Educational  Service  Area  Office 3 ,divided in to thru  phases: Phase 1:The  study  of  20  primary  school  by  questionnaire  items  follow  and  study best practice  school,  phases 2:  model   development management   early   childhood   education   effective  by  group chat  (Focus group)  to elements   with  an  average   low.  2.Elements that   have  an average   low   training   courses.  Phases  3 : Draft format   for  managing  childhood   education effectiveness.  Confirmed  by the form of seminars  by expert  professionals based  on the  number of  people  15  to  determine  the  appropriateness   and   consistency of    the content and purpose of   the possibility of a  third  term study  the development of effective management ,early childhood education  by using  the form  in  Bannongvangthotang   School  Nongsonghong  Khon Kaen   and  evaluate the  implementation of the  model  by  evaluating customer satisfaction.  use a satisfaction  rating quantitative data, percentage, mean and  standard  deviation .


             The results of the study were as follow : Pattern  management of early childhood education effectiveness school under  khon Kaen  The purpose of the research were to 1) Curriculum  course    2) The teachers 3) Planning the experience 4) Media/equipment 5) classroom pages/school building /learning center 6) The participation 7) The measurement and   evaluation  8) Satisfaction and         9) effectiveness to determine  the format of the seminar by experts ,based on the model developed is appropriate and possible this is consistent with the concept, Theory ,research by the school of management at the trial formed the effectiveness of early childhood education can carry the form effectively a degree of satisfaction. Included on the highest level.
