THE ADMINISTRATOR’S COMPETENCY AND CONFLICT MANAGEMENT OF SCHOOL UNDER NAKHON PATHOM PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 1
The purpose of this research were to determine 1) the administrator’s competency under Nakhornprathom Primary Education Service School Area Office 1 2) the school conflict management under Nakhornprathom Primary Education Service School Area Office 1 3) the relationship between the administrator competency and the School Conflict Management school in Nakhornprathom Primary Education Service School Area Office 1. The populations were 96 people of Municipality School in Local Education. There were 4 respondents from each school, consisted of a school administrator, an assistant administrator, and two teachers, totally 384 populations. The research instrument was a questionnaire concerning the administrator competency and the school conflict management in school according to the administrator competency method of the secretarial officer of the teacher’s council of Education and the school conflict management of Rahim. The statistics were frequency, percentage, the arithmetic mean, standard deviation, and Pearson's Product Moment Correlation. The results of the study were: 1. The administrator competency in Nakhornprathom Primary Education Service School Area Office 1 in overall and individually was found at the highest level 2. The school conflict management school in overall and individually was found at the high level. 3. The relationship between the administrator competency and the school conflict management in Nakhornprathom Primary Education Service School Area Office 1 was found at .01 level of statistical significance.
