การปฏิบัติตามทศพิธราชธรรมกับการบริหารงานบุคคลของผู้บริหาร โรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรม แผนกสามัญศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานพระพุทธศาสนาแห่งชาติ

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อทราบ 1) การปฏิบัติตามทศพิธราชธรรมของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรมแผนกสามัญศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานพระพุทธศาสนาแห่งชาติ 2) การบริหารงานบุคคล ของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรมแผนกสามัญศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานพระพุทธศาสนาแห่งชาติ และ 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการปฏิบัติตามทศพิธราชธรรมกับการบริหารงานบุคคล ของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรม แผนกสามัญศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานพระพุทธศาสนาแห่งชาติ โดยใช้โรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรม แผนกสามัญศึกษา กลุ่มที่ 1 สังกัดสำนักงานพระพุทธศาสนาแห่งชาติ จำนวน 14 โรงเรียน เป็นกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ผู้ให้ข้อมูลประกอบด้วย ผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียน 1 คน รองผู้อำนวยการฝ่ายบริหาร 1 คน รองผู้อำนวยการฝ่ายวิชาการ 1 คน ครู 3 คน และกรรมการสถานศึกษา 3 คน รวมทั้งสิ้น 126 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย เป็นแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับการปฏิบัติตามทศพิธราชธรรมของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน และแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับการบริหารงานบุคคลของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่ามัชฌิมเลขคณิต ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์สัมประสิทธิ์สห สัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. การปฏิบัติตามทศพิธราชธรรมของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรม แผนกสามัญศึกษา กลุ่มที่ 1 สังกัดสำนักงานพระพุทธศาสนาแห่งชาติ โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก

2. การบริหารงานบุคคลของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรม แผนกสามัญศึกษา กลุ่มที่ 1 สังกัดสำนักงานพระพุทธศาสนาแห่งชาติ โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก

3. การปฏิบัติตามทศพิธราชธรรมกับการบริหารงานบุคคล ของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนพระปริยัติธรรม แผนกสามัญศึกษากลุ่มที่ 1 สังกัดสำนักงานพระพุทธศาสนาแห่งชาติ มีความสัมพันธ์กัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01

THE PERFORMANCE TOWARD DASARAJADHAMMA AND PERSONNEL ADMINISTRATION OF PHRAPARIYATTIDHAMMA SCHOOLS PRINCIPLE UNDER NATIONAL OFFICE OF BUDDHISM

The purposes of this research were to know 1) the performance toward Dasarajadhamma of administrator in Phraprariyattidhamma division general education schools under National office of Buddhism. 2) the personnel administration of administrator in Phraprariyattidhamma division general education schools under National office of Buddhism and 3) the relationship between the performance toward Dasarajadhamma and the personnel administration of administrator in Phraprariyattidhamma division general education schools under National office of Buddhism. The samples were 14 schools in Phraprariyattidhamma division general education schools under National office of Buddhism. The respondents consisted of a school administrator, an two deputy administrators, three teachers and three school Boards, with the total 126 respondents. The research instrument was a questionnaire concerning the performance toward Dasarajadhamma of administrator, and the personnel administration of administrator in Phraprariyattidhamma division general education schools under National office of Buddhism. Data were analyzed by using frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation and Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient.

The findings of this research were as follows :

1. The performance toward Dasarajadhamma of administrator in Phraprariyattidhamma division general education schools Group 1 under National office of Buddhism, as a whole and as an individual, were at a high level.

2. The personnel administration of administrator in Phraprariyattidhamma division general education schools Group 1 under National office of Buddhism, as a whole and as an individual, were at a high level.

3. There was significantly relationship between the performance toward Dasarajadhamma and the personnel administration of administrator in Phraprariyattidhamma division general education schools Group 1 under National office of Buddhism at .01 level.
