การใช้ ICT ในโรงเรียนท่ามะกาวิทยาคม

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อทราบ 1) การใช้ ICT ในโรงเรียนท่ามะกาวิทยาคม และ 2) แนวทางการพัฒนาการใช้ ICT ในโรงเรียนท่ามะกาวิทยาคม กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ บุคลากรโรงเรียนท่ามะกาวิทยาคม จำนวน 103 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับการใช้ ICT ในสถานศึกษา สถิติที่ใช้ คือ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่ามัชฌิมเลขคณิต ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. การใช้ ICT ในโรงเรียนท่ามะกาวิทยาคม โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก เรียงลำดับค่ามัชฌิมเลขคณิตจากมากไปน้อยดังนี้ หลักสูตร ICT การใช้ ICT เพื่อการบริหารจัดการและการให้บริการทางการศึกษา การใช้ ICT เป็นฐานในการเรียนรู้ โครงสร้างพื้นฐานทาง ICT และการพัฒนาบุคลากร ICT

2. แนวทางการพัฒนาการใช้ ICT ในโรงเรียนท่ามะกาวิทยาคม มีแนวทางดังนี้คือ 1) ควรมีการกำหนดให้จัดทำโครงการพัฒนาการเรียนรู้ของบุคลากรโดยใช้ ICT 2) มีการกำหนดให้บุคลากรเรียนรู้การใช้ระบบปฏิบัติการของเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ การใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปต่าง ๆ และเรียนรู้ความรู้และทักษะใหม่ๆ โดยอาศัย ICT 3) มีการกำหนดให้มีการประเมินผลการใช้ ICT ในการพัฒนาบุคลากรอย่างน้อยปีละ 1 ครั้ง 4) มีการกำหนดให้มีการนำเสนอข้อมูล ข่าวสาร และวิธีการเรียนรู้ใหม่ๆ และพัฒนาแนวทางการเรียนรู้จากผลการประเมินทุกปีการศึกษา

ICT IN THAMAKAWITTHAYAKOM SCHOOL

This objectives of this research were to find 1) the ICT in Thamakawitthayakom School and 2) the development guidelines for the ICT Thamakawitthayakom School. The sample in this research were school personnel of Thamakawitthayakom School, the total of 103. The instrument used in the research was a questionnaire regarding ICT in school. The statistics used in the research were frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, and content analysis.

The results revealed that.

1. The ICT in Thamakawitthayakom School, overall and individually, was found at a high level: ranking from the highest mean to the lowest mean as follow: ICT curriculum, ICT in management and academic service, ICT–based learning, ICT basic structure, and ICT personnel development.

2. The development guidelines for the ICT in Thamakawitthayakom School consisted of 1) arranging the ICT training program for school personnel, 2) requiring all school personnel to learn computer operational system programs and acquire new skills and knowledge using ICT, 3) developing the evaluation standards and criteria as a development tool for personnel at least once a year, and 4) arranging for each personnel to do the presentation and learn new materials and develop their learning from the evaluation feedbacks.
