ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่ส่งผลต่ออัตลักษณ์ของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 9

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อทราบ 1) ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเขต 9 2) อัตลักษณ์ของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเขต 9 และ 3) ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่ส่งผลต่ออัตลักษณ์ของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเขต 9 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ สถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเขต 9 จำนวน 45 โรงเรียน ผู้ให้ข้อมูลประกอบด้วย ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา รองผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ครูผู้รับผิดชอบงานประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาและ ครูผู้สอน รวม 180 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงตามทฤษฎีของคอตเตอร์ (Kotter) และอัตลักษณ์ของสถานศึกษาตามแนวคิดของสำนักงานรับรองมาตรฐานและประเมินคุณภาพการศึกษา (สมศ.) สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่ามัชฌิมเลขคณิต ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์สมการถดถอย พหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน ระยะเวลาที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้เริ่มตั้งแต่ มิถุนายน 2555 ถึง มีนาคม 2556

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1) ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเขต 9 โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก

2) อัตลักษณ์ของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเขต 9 โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก

3) ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาโดยภาพรวมส่งผลต่ออัตลักษณ์ของสถานศึกษาโดยภาพรวมและรายด้าน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05

TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP OF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS AFFECTING SCHOOL’S IDENTITY UNDER THE JURISDICTION OF SECONDARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 9

The purposes of this research were to determine : 1) transformational leadership of school administrators under the jurisdiction of Secondary Educational Service Area Office 9, 2) school’s identity under the jurisdiction of Secondary Educational Service Area Office 9, 3) transformational leadership of school administrators affecting school’s identity under the jurisdiction of Secondary Educational Service Area Office 9. The sample consisted of respondents in 45 schools under the
jurisdiction of Secondary Educational Service Area Office 9 totally 180. The respondents composed of school directors, deputy directors, teachers responsible and teachers for school quality assurance implementation. The instrument for collecting data was a questionair which transformational leadership of Kotter concept and school’s identity concept from the Office for National Education Standards and Quality Assessment (ONESQA). The statistics used in data analysis were frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation and stepwise multiple regression.

The findings were as follows :

1) Transformational leadership of school administrators under the jurisdiction of Secondary Educational Service Area Office 9 was at a high level in overall and each aspect.

2) School’s identity under the jurisdiction of Secondary Educational Service Area Office 9 was at a high level in overall and each aspect.

3) Transformational leadership of school administrators in overall was affecting school’s identity in overall and individual aspects as follow : were .05 level of significant.
