สมรรถนะของผู้บริหารที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษา ในกลุ่มการศึกษาท้องถิ่นที่ 5

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อทราบ 1) สมรรถนะของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในสังกัดกลุ่มการศึกษาท้องถิ่นที่ 5 2) ประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษาในสังกัดกลุ่มการศึกษาท้องถิ่นที่ 5 และ 3) สมรรถนะของผู้บริหารที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษาในสังกัดกลุ่มการศึกษาท้องถิ่นที่ 5 โดยใช้สถานศึกษาสังกัดเทศบาล ในกลุ่มการศึกษาท้องถิ่นที่ 5 จานวน 48 โรง เป็นกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ผู้ให้ข้อมูลประกอบด้วย ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา รองผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา และครูผู้สอน รวมทั้งสิ้น 192 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับสมรรถนะของผู้บริหาร ตามแนวคิดของมัมฟอร์ด และคณะ (Mumford and others) และประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษาตามแนวคิดของฮอยและมิสเกล (Hoy and Miskel) สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ (frequency) ค่าร้อยละ (percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ย (mean) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (standard deviation) และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน (stepwise multiple regression analysis)

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า

1. สมรรถนะของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ในสังกัดกลุ่มการศึกษาท้องถิ่นที่ 5 ทั้งในภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก

2. ประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษา ในสังกัดกลุ่มการศึกษาท้องถิ่นที่ 5 ทั้งในภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก

3. สมรรถนะของผู้บริหารด้านทักษะการตัดสินทางสังคมและด้านความรู้ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลของสถานศึกษาในสังกัด
กลุ่มการศึกษาท้องถิ่นที่ 5 อย่างมีนัยสาคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05

ADMINISTRATOR’S COMPETENCIES AFFECTING SCHOOL EFFECTIVENESS IN THE FIFTH LOCAL EDUCATION GROUP

The purposes of this research were to find 1) the school administrator’s competencies in the fifth local education group 2) the school effectiveness in the fifth local education group3) the administrator’s competencies affecting school effectiveness in the fifth local education group. The sample used in this research were 48 municipal schools in the fifth local education group. The respondents consisted of school administrators,vice administrators and teachers, with the total of 192. The research instrument was a questionnaire concerning administrator’s competencies, based on Mumford and others, and school effectiveness, based on Hoy and Miskel. The statistical used to analyze the data were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and stepwise multiple regression analysis.

The findings of the research were as follow:

1. The school administrator’s competencies in the fifth local education group, as a whole and as an individual, was found at a high level.

2. The school effectiveness in the fifth local education group, as a whole and as an individual, was found at a high level.

3. The administrator’s competencies in social judgement skill and knowledge affecting school effectiveness in the fifth local education group as a whole at .05 level of significance.
