การบริหารโดยใช้โรงเรียนเป็นฐานกับมาตรฐานด้านผลผลิต ในโรงเรียนเทศบาล กลุ่มการศึกษาท้องถิ่นที่ 5

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อทราบ 1) การบริหารโดยใช้โรงเรียนเป็นฐานในโรงเรียนเทศบาล กลุ่มการศึกษาท้องถิ่นที่ 5 2) มาตรฐานด้านผลผลิตในโรงเรียนเทศบาล กลุ่มการศึกษาท้องถิ่นที่ 5 และ 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการบริหารโดยใช้โรงเรียนเป็นฐานกับมาตรฐานด้านผลผลิตในโรงเรียนเทศบาล กลุ่มการศึกษาท้องถิ่นที่ 5 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่โรงเรียนเทศบาล กลุ่มการศึกษาท้องถิ่นที่ 5 จำนวน 48 โรงเรียน ผู้ให้ข้อมูลประกอบด้วย ผู้อำนวยการสถานศึกษา 1 คน รองผู้อำนวยการสถานศึกษา 1 คน และพนักงานครู 2 คน รวมทั้งสิ้น 192 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ใช้แบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับการบริหารโดยใช้โรงเรียนเป็นฐาน ของสำนักงานเลขาธิการสภาการศึกษา และมาตรฐานด้านผลผลิตในโรงเรียนเทศบาล ตามคู่มือการประเมินคุณภาพการศึกษาภายในสถานศึกษาสังกัดองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ความถี่ (frequency) ร้อยละ (percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ย ( x̅ )ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.) และการวิเคราะห์ค่าสัมประสิทธ์ิสหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน (Pearson’s product – moment correlation coefficient)

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. การบริหารโดยใช้โรงเรียนเป็นฐานในโรงเรียนเทศบาล กลุ่มการศึกษาท้องถิ่นที่ 5 โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก

2. มาตรฐานด้านผลผลิตในโรงเรียนเทศบาล กลุ่มการศึกษาท้องถิ่นที่ 5 โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก

3. การบริหารโดยใช้โรงเรียนเป็นฐาน กับมาตรฐานด้านผลผลิต ในโรงเรียนเทศบาล กลุ่มการศึกษาท้องถิ่นที่ 5 มีความสัมพันธ์กันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01

SCHOOL – BASED MANAGEMENT AND THE OUTPUT STANDARDS OF THE MUNICIPAL SCHOOLS IN THE 5^TH LOCAL EDUCATION GROUP

The purposes of this research were to examine: 1) the school-based management of the municipal schools in the 5th local education group, 2) the output standards of the municipal schools in the 5th local education group, and 3) the relationship between school-based management and the output standards of the municipal schools in the 5th local education group. The samples were 48 municipal schools in the 5th local education group. The respondents were one administrator, one vice-administrator, and two teachers, with the total of 192. The instrument of this research was a questionnaire concerning school-based management according to The Office of the Secretary Education Council, and the output standards of the municipal schools in the 5th local education group according to the internal educational quality assessment manual, under the local governance organization. The statistics used in this research were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson’s product-moment correlation coefficient.

The research findings were as follows:

1. Overall, the school-based management of the municipal schools in the 5th local education group was, found at the high level,

2. Overall, the output standards of the municipal schools in the 5th local education group was found at the high level,

3. The relationship between school-based management and the output standards of the municipal schools in the 5^th local education group was found at .01 level of significance
