การสื่อสารของผู้บริหารกับประสิทธิภาพของการจัดการศึกษา โรงเรียนสังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อทราบ 1) การสื่อสารของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนสังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร 2) ประสิทธิภาพของการจัดการศึกษาโรงเรียนสังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร และ 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการสื่อสารของผู้บริหารกับประสิทธิภาพของการจัดการศึกษา โรงเรียนสังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ สถานศึกษาที่จัดการเรียนการสอนระดับการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 59 โรง ผู้ให้ข้อมูลสถานศึกษาละ 4 คน ประกอบด้วยผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา หรือผู้ปฏิบัติหน้าที่แทนผูู้บริหารสถานศึกษารวม 2 คน และครูผู้สอน 2 คน รวมจำนวนทั้งสิ้น 236 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการสื่อสารของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาโรงเรียน สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร ตามแนวคิดของคัทลิป เซนเตอร์ และ บรูม (Cutlip, Center and Broom, 1958 : 140-141) และประสิทธิภาพของการจัดการศึกษา ตามเกณฑ์การประเมินคุณภาพมาตรฐานโรงเรียนสังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร (SMART School) ประจำปี พ.ศ. 2556 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่ามัชฌิมเลขคณิต ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. การสื่อสารของผู้บริหาร โรงเรียนสังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก

2. ประสิทธิภาพของการจัดการศึกษา โรงเรียนสังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก

3. การสื่อสารของผู้บริหารกับประสิทธิภาพของการจัดการศึกษา โรงเรียนสังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร มีความสัมพันธ์กัน
อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ที่ระดับ .01

THE ADMINISTRATOR'S COMMUNICATION AND EDUCATIONAL ADMINISTRATION
EFFICIENCY IN THE SCHOOLS UNDER BANGKOK METROPOLITAN

The purposes of this research were to determine 1) the administrator’s communication in the schools under Bangkok Metropolitan, 2) the educational administration efficiency in the schools under Bangkok Metropolitan, and 3) the relationship between the administrator’s communication and educational administration efficiency in the schools under Bangkok Metropolitan. The sample consisted of 59 basic education schools under Bangkok Metropolitan. The 4 respondents of each school were 2 school administrators or deputy directors, and 2 teachers, with the total respondents of 236. The research instrument was a questionnaire concerning the administrator’s communication, based on the concept of Cutlip, Center and Broom; and educational administration efficiency based on Bangkok Metropolitan’s 2013 SMART Schools concept. The statistics used in data analysis were frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, and Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient.

The findings were as follows:

1. The administrator’s communication in the schools under Bangkok Metropolitan, overall and individually, was at a high level.

2. The educational administration efficiency in the schools under Bangkok Metropolitan, overall and individually, was at a high level.

3. The relationship between the administrator’s communication and educational administration efficiency was at .01 level of statistical significance.
