Abstract

The general purpose of this research is to Training curriculum development system leadership of private vocational college teachers. The research has 4 specific objectives as follows: 1) To study the system leadership of private vocational college teachers.                                       2) To Create a system leadership training curriculum for private vocational college teachers. 3) To find out the system leadership training curriculum for private vocational college teachers. This research was conducted in accordance with research and development methodology which has four step: Step 1: Study and analyze basic information by interview and administering questionnaire 30 administrators and teachers of a private vocational college. Step 2: Create a training curriculum outline. Examination the training curriculum outline by 10 experts. Improvement. Find IOC. By5 experts. Step 3: Experiment the training curriculum by implementing the developed curriculum on the samples group of 30 people. And Step 4: Improve and develop the intended training curriculum.


          Research result:


  1. Research outcomes of the quality of the System Leadership of Private Vocational College Teachers. By Synthesis the document: Vision, Accountability, Work Commitment, and Networks and Collaboration resulted from the examination.

  2. The result of the development of the System Leadership of Private Vocational College Teachers, it is found that the curriculum structure is graded at the higher value with the average of 4.49 and correlation value of the curriculum, according to the experts, CVI equals 0.87, which means all structures are correlated well.

  3. Results of the effectiveness of status of the System Leadership of Private Vocational College Teachers Training Curriculum:
    • Knowledge: the mean knowledge level of the status of the system leadership of private vocational college teacher participants, after the implementation, is higher than before, at statistical level of .05.

    • Satisfaction: The mean level of all participants shows a very high level, higher than statistical level of .05.

    • Behavior: it was observed that the behavior of the system leadership of private vocational college teachers, in general, surpasses the benchmark at statistical level .05.
