The research synthesis aims to study the correlation coefficients of the psycho-social factors that correlate with adolescences’ drugs abuse preventive behaviors using the technique of Glass Meta-analysis (1981). The sample studies were 21 researches that focused on adolescences’drugs abuse preventive behaviors and were considerated by criterion of selection. The result of the basic researches’ characteristics analysis found that a) the majority of researches were master’s theses (90.25%), b) most of them were published by Srinakharinwirot University (47.60%), c) they were published in a field of health education and psychology (23.80%), d) they were published during 1997 – 2013, e) most of researches were comparative quantitative studies (95.20%), f) most of the samples were junior high school student (66.70%), g) the sample was selected by multi-stage sampling (47.60%), h) more than half used questionnaire (72.40%), i) The means of Cronbach Alpha reliability test in dependent and independent questionnaire were 0.85 and 0.82, respectively, and j) the means of researches quality score were 3.25. Based on the meta-analysis, the findings showed that psycho-social factors correlating with adolescences’ drugs abuse preventive behaviors can be divided into 3 groups, ordered by the correlation coefficients as follows: psychological-trait ( = 0.4719), situational factors ( = 0.4296), and psychological-state factors ( = 0.3980), respectively. The prime factors with highest correlation coefficients in each group were future orientation ( = 0.5527), social support from arrounded people ( = 0.6159), and subjective norms ( = 0.5509), respectively.
