Abstract

การศึกษาครั้งนี้ได้ดำเนินการตามกระบวนการวิจัยปฏิบัติการเชิงวิพากษ์  มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบกิจกรรมการทำงานส่งเสริมสุขภาพจิตของผู้สูงอายุกลุ่มเสี่ยงของทีมสุขภาพในชุมชน ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ได้ดำเนินกิจกรรมทั้งสิ้นกับ 2 จังหวัด ได้แก่ จังหวัดนครนายก และจังหวัดฉะเชิงเทรา โดยมีผู้ร่วมวิจัยทั้งสิ้น 4 กลุ่ม ได้แก่ 1) กลุ่มเจ้าหน้าที่จากหน่วยงานภาครัฐ 2) กลุ่มอาสาสมัคร 3) ครอบครัวของผู้สูงอายุ และ 4) ผู้สูงอายุกลุ่มเสี่ยง ภายหลังการสิ้นสุดวงจร สามารถพัฒนารูปแบบกิจกรรมการทำงานส่งเสริมสุขภาพจิตผู้สูงอายุกลุ่มเสี่ยงของกลุ่มสุขภาพในชุมชน โดยได้ดำเนินการใน 2 วงจรตามกระบวนการวิจัยปฏิบัติการเชิงวิพากษ์ จากวงรอบที่ 1 สามารถพัฒนาได้ 6 กิจกรรม มาสู่วงรอบที่ 2 สามารถพัฒนาเพิ่มขึ้นอีก 2 กิจกรรม โดยผลการพัฒนากิจกรรมการส่งเสริมสุขภาพจิตของผู้สูงอายุที่เน้นการทำงานร่วมกับเครือข่าย มีทั้งสิ้น 8 กิจกรรม ได้แก่ 1) การพูดคุยรับฟังและสัมผัส 2) การเยี่ยมเยียนและจัดกิจกรรมที่บ้านของผู้สูงอายุบ่อยครั้ง 3) การดูแลสุขภาวะและความเป็นอยู่ 4) การช่วยเหลือเป็นการส่วนตัว 5) การเอาใจและตอบสนองต่อความต้องการของผู้สูงอายุ 6) การอดกลั้นและปรับตัวเข้าหาผู้สูงอายุ 7) เป็นสื่อกลางจัดการความขัดแย้งระหว่างผู้ดูแลและผู้สูงอายุ และ 8) การให้คำแนะนำในการดูแลผู้สูงอายุ ซึ่งการพัฒนากิจกรรมทำให้เกิดจากการเปลี่ยนแปลงอย่างยั่งยืนของของทีมสุขภาพในชุมชนและขยายผลการทำงานอย่างต่อเนื่อง

This study followed the critical participatory action research in order to develop health promotion activity models in the risk group of elders for the community health team. The processes were divided into 2 provinces, which were Nakornnayok and Chacheongsao. Besides this, the researchers were classified into 4 groups: government officers, volunteers, elders’ caregivers, and the risk group of elders. After finishing the cycle, these groups could improve 8 models including  1) conversation, deep listening, and touching 2) Frequently visiting and providing activities at elders’ houses 3) hygienic practicing and health caring 4) privacy supporting 5) enthusiasm and response in the demand of elders 6) patience and adaptation for the need of elders 7) Effective cooperation approaching to dealing with the controversial between elders and caregivers 8) recommendation for better care of aging people. These activities were also developed in 2 cycles. Each of them was urged by providing suitable discussion and conversation on the stage, and both provinces chose the activities to implement. This could change the meaning from work to work as a collective. the elders could access the activities, by listening and understanding and the network of volunteers supported the health care team, even the researchers were out from the setting, the organizing mechanism has been continued.
