Abstract

The objective of this research aimed to study intention to purchase products online of Tesco Lotus Shop Online that divided to product categories by customers in Bangkok area. Population in this research are customers in Bangkok area that have age over 20 years old about 4 million. Data collectionwas completed through questionnaire distributed, in accordance with multi-stage sampling divided in relation to their industrial types together with the numbers of industrial factories located in Bangkok area, to 400 customers,. Then, all collected data was analyzed by descriptive statistics including frequencies, percentages, means, and standard deviations.
