Abstract

บทคัดย่อ


การวิจัยแบบบรรยายเชิงความสัมพันธ์ (Descriptive correlational study) นี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสถานการณ์การรับประทานยาอย่างต่อเนื่องสม่ำเสมอในผู้ป่วยหลังปลูกถ่ายไตและความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยด้านผู้ป่วย ปัจจัยด้านลักษณะของโรค ปัจจัยด้านยา ปัจจัยด้านสัมพันธภาพระหว่างผู้ให้การรักษาและผู้ป่วยและปัจจัยด้านสถานที่ให้การตรวจรักษากับการรับประทานยาอย่างต่อเนื่องสม่ำเสมอในผู้ป่วยหลังปลูกถ่ายไต กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือผู้ป่วยหลังปลูกถ่ายไตครั้งแรก 6 เดือนขึ้นไป  จำนวน 104 ราย ที่มารับการรักษา ณ.หน่วยตรวจผู้ป่วยนอก โรงพยาบาลตติยภูมิแห่งหนึ่ง ตั้งแต่เดือนมิถุนายนถึงเดือนพฤศจิกายนพ.ศ.2557 เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม


 ผลการศึกษาพบว่ากลุ่มตัวอย่างมีอายุอยู่ระหว่าง 19 -59 ปี ( =40.90, S.D.=9.875)  เพศชายมากกว่าเพศหญิง มีความต่อเนื่องสม่ำเสมอในการรับประทานยาซึ่งวัดโดยมาตรวัดทางสายตา (Visual Analog scale: VAS) คะแนนอยู่ระหว่าง 70-100 คะแนน(  =94.27, S.D.=7.417) โดยเกณฑ์คะแนน >95


มีความต่อเนื่องและสม่ำเสมอดีมีร้อยละ 64.4   ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับการรับประทานยาอย่างต่อเนื่องสม่ำเสมออย่างมีนัยสำคัญ คือ  ปัจจัยด้านผู้ป่วย ด้านการสนับสนุนทางสังคม (r=.239, p<.05) ซึ่งกลุ่มตัวอย่างได้รับจากคนในครอบครัวมากกว่าบุคลากรทีมสุขภาพ   ปัจจัยด้านสัมพันธภาพระหว่างบุคลากรทีมสุขภาพและผู้ป่วยด้านเปิดโอกาสให้ซักถาม (r=.228, p<.05) และปัจจัยด้านสถานที่ให้การตรวจรักษาด้านความสะดวกของการมารับบริการการเจาะเลือดก่อนเวลาที่จะรับประทานยา(r=.197, p<.05) และระยะเวลาในการรอฟังผลเลือดเหมาะสม (r=.242, p<.05) ผลการศึกษาครั้งนี้สามารถนำไปใช้ในการวางแผนการพยาบาลเพื่อส่งเสริมการรับประทานยาอย่างต่อเนื่องสม่ำเสมอในผู้ป่วยหลังปลูกถ่ายไตโดยส่งเสริมด้านการสนับสนุนทางสังคมจากบุคลากรทีมสุขภาพรวมทั้งด้านสัมพันธภาพระหว่างบุคลากรทีมสุขภาพเพิ่มขึ้นและส่งเสริมด้านการอำนวยความสะดวกและพัฒนาการบริการให้ดียิ่งขึ้น
