Duties of Reviewers
1. Reviewers of academic articles/research articles must maintain confidentiality and not disclose information about the articles submitted for consideration to other persons during the article evaluation period.
2. If the reviewers realize that they may have a conflict of interest with the author of the article after receiving the academic article/research article from the journal editor, such as being a project partner or knowing the author personally, or other reasons that prevent them from providing independent suggestions and comments, the reviewers should inform the journal editor and refuse to evaluate the academic article/research article.
3. Reviewers should evaluate articles in their field of expertise, considering the importance of the content of the academic article/research article to that field, the quality of the analysis, and the intensity of the content. Personal opinions without supporting references should not be used as criteria for deciding to consider the academic article/research article.
4. Reviewers must specify necessary research works consistent with the article being evaluated, but the author did not refer to them in the article evaluation. If the reviewers find that any part of the academic article/research article is similar or duplicates other works, the reviewers must inform the editor.
