Abstract

This research aims study the process of implanting moral ethics for primary school students in basic education under the office of KhonKaen primary education area 1, This research aims study the process of implanting moral ethics for primary school students in basic education under the office of KhonKaen primary education area 1, To develop the strategy of implanting of moral ethics for primary school students in basic education under the office of KhonKaen primary education area 1, to analyze the concept of implanting of moral ethics for primary school students in basic education under the office of KhonKaen primary education area 1.


The research was found that: the strategies of implanting of moral ethics primary school students in basic education under the office of KhonKaen primary education area 1 in overall and other parts. Adhicitta–sikkhā or training in higher mentality, it is the study of citta (mind), education of mind to be calm and concentrated focusing on metal action. In overall, average was 0.27, meant that a rate of change in the development of the condition that it should be value is 27 percent. For harmony and self-practice for social benefits, the average was 0.32, meant a rate of change in development from the condition that it should be value is 32 percent. Otherwise, the average of awareness and responsibility was 0.19 which the average is less than the overall average, so there is no need to develop.


Adhipaññā-sikkhā or training in higher wisdom is knowledge for self-education to get apparent knowledge. In the overall average was 0.19 meant that the rate must change in terms of development from the status of condition, it should be value is 19 percent. For economics and prosperity, the average was 0.24, shown that a rate of change in development from the present condition to the condition that should be value is 24 percent. For the gratitude, the average was 0.15 that an average is less than the overall average, so there is no need to develop.


Adhisila-sikkhā or training in higher morality is focusing on bodily and verbal action in the overall average was 0.18. It shows that the rate of change in development from the present condition that it should be value is 18 percent. For honesty, the average was 0.24, shown that the rate of change in development from the status to the condition that it should be value is 20 percent. Otherwise, for loving kindness and politeness, their averages were 0.18, 0.17 that averages are less than the overall average, so there is no need to develop because there is no difference in practice.


Suggestion. The creation of a strategy to implant moral ethics for primary school students in basic education under the office of KhonKaen primary education area 1, where should be processed to create a framework for developmental strategies and to manage a priority method by analyzing of the requirements. It is most important to get the strategy to develop an effective moral ethics in determination of policy and evaluating of those works. The educational institutions should pay attention to the principles of Adhipaññā-sikkhā or training in higher wisdom in Tri-Sikkhāor three fold training. It is the study of wisdom for apparent self-education focusing on gratitude, knowledge and appreciation of others who have done to them by repaying the goodness. In the process for constructing of a strategy, it used an in-depth interview and subgroup discussion. In the case of a long period, this will make the results clearer and more effective.
