The research procedures were divided into threestages. The first stage was a quantitative research, the researcher investigated factors which affected the effectiveness of prevention and controlling of dengue haemorrhagic fever of village health volunteerleader by formulating a model of effectiveness of prevention and controlling as an outcome variable. Two hundred and seventy six subjects (276) of village health volunteersleader involved in this study were recruited using a rational ratio of each districtfrom nine districts in Yasothon Province. The required data were collected using the questionnaire and data analysis was performed using computer programs. Statistics used for hypothesis testing included Structural Equation Model: SEM by LISREL. Pearson correlation and path analysis were used for analysis of correlations between factors affecting the effectiveness of prevention and controlling of dengue haemorrhagic fever of village health volunteerleader, using a level of statistical significant at .05. In the second stage, the researcher constructed the development model the effectiveness of prevention and controlling of dengue haemorrhagic fever of village health volunteerleaderinYasothonProvince by using the study result from the first stage. Twenty involved people were participated in the workshop to co-operatively criticized and evaluated the effectiveness of the formulated model by using focus groups, brain storming and presentation to achieve the conclusions and recommendations for improving the effectiveness of the developed model. In the third stage, the researcher implemented the model. The model was evaluated by 28 subjects and 30 control group in order to compare the effectiveness between two groups. The major findings revealed the followings: 1. The developed causal factors showed harmony with the empirical data. Four causal factors effects on the effectiveness of prevention and controlling of dengue haemorrhagic fever of village health volunteer leader in YasothonProvincewere found in high to low ranking including: team working (0.15) participation(0.12), role perception (0.10) and leadership (0.03). 2. The development model of the effectiveness of prevention and controlling of
dengue haemorrhagic fever of village health volunteerleader in YasothonProvinceconsisted of nine activities : team working, life position, mysterious pictures,top-eggs, role and duty, role playing, seek for leadershipand mentors activity. 3. The evaluation results showed higher effectiveness of prevention and controlling of dengue haemorrhagic fever of village health volunteerleader in Yasothon Province as a whole and in twoaspects: more effectiveness than before implementation of model. A questionnaire designed in linear structural model was used in data collection. The data were analyzed by path analysis method. The study was separated into 3 phrases as follow. Phase 1 investigated factors affecting waste management model of the people in Champasak district, Lao People’s Democratic Republic. The result of the study showed that the
causal relationship model was related to the evidence. Four casual factors directly affected waste management model of the people in Champasak district. Lao People’s Democratic Republic. Province including knowledge (ß = .10), communication (ß = .05), attitude ( ß = .01), participation( ß = -.03),and awareness ( ß = -.05 ) respectively. Phase 2 aimed to develop a waste management model of the people in Champasak district, Lao People’s Democratic Republic by, using the result of the study in the previous stage. A workshop was held for 25 participants to analyze and criticize the result of the study in order to develop the model. It was found that 14 development activities could be applied to the waste management model, namely 1) knowledge: 5 activities related to waste management
knowledge, composting, little volunteer, waste and drink exchange, and waste separation, 2) 3 activities related to communication including public relation, fresh community to pay attention to the environment, 3) 2 activities related to attitude the color of fresh and fresh, and Reduce waste by hand. 4) 2 activities related to participation clean community with our mind and I love the Champasak district, and 5) 2 activities related to awareness create 3 and the green community is clean and eye-pleasing. Phase 3 aimed to investigate the effectiveness of the developed model on waste management in the area. The experimental group is the 20 th unit at Ban Phon Sawang, Pakse, Champasak Province. Lao People’s Democratic Republic. MANOVA (Repeated Measure). was used to analyze the comparison between waste management before and after the use of the model. The result of the study indicated that the waste management model of the people in Champasak district, Lao People’s Democratic Republic, improved waste water management in the area with the statistical significance at .05. Keywords : A waste management model
ไชยะสิด วิลาพัด, รังสรรค์ สิงหเลิศ, แดนวิชัย สายรักษา ##submission.copyrightStatement## https://tci-thaijo.org/index.php/ejChophayom/article/view/153053 Wed, 31 Oct 2018 00:00:00 +0700 An Efficiency Developing Model for Teachers in Phrapariyattidham Schools in General Education Division Group 8 https://tci-thaijo.org/index.php/ejChophayom/article/view/153054
The purposes of the current study were to 1) investigate factors affecting efficiency developing of teachers in Phrapariyattidham Schools in General Education Division Group 8, 2) develop a model for developing efficiency of teachers in Phrapariyattidham Schools in General Education Division Group 8, and 3) investigate the effect of the developed model on efficiency developing of teachers in Phrapariyattidham Schools in General Education Division Group 8.
