Submissions

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

• The submission has not been previously published, or is under consideration in another journal (in which case an explanation must be provided in comments to the editor).
• The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or WordPerfect document file format.
• The submitted documents must include (1) a full manuscript with affiliations (2) a cover letter (3) suggested reviewers (at least 3 persons).
• The text uses a line spacing of 1.5; with Times New Roman 12 point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables mush be embedded in the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end. • Please check the items of "Author’s Final Checks" to make sure your manuscript is in accordance with the requirements.
• All citations in the paper contain a complete and accurate reference in the reference list (See at the Instruction for Authors), DOI for the references have been provided in the reference list, and the manuscript should contain at least 15 references.
