The Model of Entrepreneurship and Innovation Society Development in Thailand

Abstract
Entrepreneurs and small and medium enterprises (SMEs) play very important role in prospering Thai economy and social development. Nevertheless, research on Thai entrepreneurship and innovation society development is limited. The purpose of this paper is to examine existing entrepreneurship works and also propose the conceptual model to support and prosper Thai entrepreneurship and innovation society. The study was conducted using a comprehensive literature review and content analysis. The result shows that multidimensional maintenance factors as described through the paper have infl uenced the development of Thai entrepreneurship and innovation society. Empirical researches need to be conducted for further understanding how to improve Thai entrepreneurship and innovation society.

ผู้ประกอบการใหม่และธุรกิจขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อม มีบทบาทสำคัญต่อการพัฒนาประเทศไทยทั้งทางด้านเศรษฐกิจและสังคม อย่างไรก็ตาม การพัฒนาองค์ความรู้เกี่ยวกับการเสริมสร้างสังคมผู้ประกอบการในไทย ทั้งในแง่เชิงนโยบายและการส่งเสริมมาตรการเชิงปฏิบัติยังมีอยู่อย่างจำกัด บทความฉบับนี้มีวัตถุประสงคที่จะพัฒนากรอบแนวคิดการส่งเสริมสังคมผู้ประกอบการในประเทศไทย เพื่อเป็นกรอบแนวทางในการส่งเสริมสังคมผู้ประกอบการในประเทศไทย โดยการทบทวนวรรณกรรมและการวิเคราะห์เอกสารวิชาการที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการสร้างสังคมผู้ประกอบการที่ยั่งยืนในประเทศไทย
