Abstract

      The purposes of this research ware to 1) To study the academic leadership level of school administrators. 2) To study the level of community learning professional in the school. 3) study the relationship between administrator’s instructional leadershipof school and the community of professional learning in school 4) study the factor of administrator’s instructional leadership that affected to the community of professional learning in school and 5) regression equation of administrator’s instructional leadershipthat affected to the community of professional learning in school The area of ​​study. under the secondary educational service area office 19. The samples were teachers and educational personnel  326 people. Data collection Questionnaire. Data analysis by software program. Frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Test the hypothesis by finding the Pearson correlation coefficient. And multiple regression analysis with Enter method and Stepwise method.


          Research finding found


            1) Academic Leadership of School Administrators The overall and individual aspects are at a high level. 2) Being a community of professional learning in the school. The overall and individual aspects are at a high level. 3) Academic Leadership of School Administrators and Community-Based Professional Learning Communities. Have a positive relationship (r=.621) at the .01 lavel of significance. 4) The academic leadership of the school administrators resulted in a community of professional learning in the school. At the .01 level of significance. There are 2 sides It's a common goal and goal setting. ,  and Supervising, monitoring, and reflecting the learning process.  The efficiency of the prediction. 43.50 percent (R2=.435). 5) Equation of Forecast Of Academic Leadership of School Administrators affect Being a community of professional learning in the school. is = .450+.271.
