Abstract

ความวิตกกังวลของผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยบาดเจ็บทางสมอง 

          การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงเปรียบเทียบ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความวิตกกังวลของผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยบาดเจ็บ ทางสมองที่ได้รับการพยาบาลตามปกติขณะผู้ป่วยรับการรักษาในโรงพยาบาลกับหลังผู้ป่วยจําหน่ายออกจากโรงพยาบาล กลุ่ม ตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยบาดเจ็บทางสมองที่เข้ารับการรักษาในโรงพยาบาลตรัง สุ่มแบบเฉพาะเจาะจงตามคุณสมบัติที่กําหนด จํานวน 35 คน ดําเนินการให้กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้รับการพยาบาลตามปกติจากพยาบาลประจําการโดยการให้ความรู้ด้วยแผ่นพับ การดูแลผู้ป่วยบาดเจ็บทางสมองและการให้ครอบครัวมีส่วนร่วมในการดูแล เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยบาดเจ็บทางสมอง และแบบวัดความวิตกกังวลของผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยบาดเจ็บทาง สมองซึ่งมีค่าความเที่ยงสัมประสทิธิ์อัลฟาของครอนบาค เท่ากับ .90 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการแจกแจงความถี่ หาค่าร้อยละ และ สถิติที  ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ ค่าเฉลี่ยคะแนนความวิตกกังวลของผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยบาดเจ็บทางสมองขณะผู้ป่วยรับการรักษาใน โรงพยาบาลสูงกว่าหลังได้รับการจําหน่ายออกจากโรงพยาบาล (t=4.186, P<.05) 

Anxiety in Caregiver of Patients with Traumatic Brain Injury 

          The purpose of comparative research was to compare anxiety in caregiver of patients with traumatic brain injury who admitted and discharged. The data were purposively collected from 35 caregiver of patients with traumatic brain injury at trauma ward, Trang hospital, Trang Province. The instruments in this study were demographic data recording form and anxiety in caregiver of patients with traumatic brain injury test which internal consistency of items on this instrument was analyzed using Cronbach’s alpha. The reliability alpha in the sample of the entire instrument was .90. Data were analyzed using frequency, percentage and Paired ttest. Based on this study, it can be concluded that significant differences in mean of anxiety in caregiver of patients with traumatic brain injury who admitted was higher than the discharged one. (t=4.186, P<.05)
