ผลของโปรแกรมการพัฒนาความสามารถของพยาบาล ด้านการจัดการความปวดจากหัตถการในทารกเกิดก่อนกำหนด (Effects of Nurses’ Ability Development Program on Procedural Pain Management in Premature Infant)

Abstract

การวิจัยกึ่งทดลองนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลของโปรแกรมการพัฒนาความสามารถของพยาบาลด้านการจัดการความปวดจากหัตถการในทารกเกิดก่อนกำาหนด กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นพยาบาล 23 คน ทารกเกิดก่อนกำาหนด 46 คน เก็บข้อมูลจากแบบประเมินความรู้ ทัศนคติและการปฏิบัติของพยาบาล ประเมินความปวดจากแบบประเมินความปวดในทารกเกิดก่อนกำาหนด (PIPP) วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วย paired t-test และ independent t-test ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ความรู้ ทัศนคติ และการปฏิบัติของพยาบาลหลังเข้าร่วมโปรแกรมฯ สูงกว่าก่อนเข้าร่วมโปรแกรมฯ อย่างมีนัยสำาคัญทางสถิติ (p<0.05) และคะแนนความปวดของทารกเกิดก่อนกำาหนดกลุ่มทดลองตำ่ากว่ากลุ่มควบคุม อย่างมีนัยสำาคัญทางสถิติ (p<0.05)

The purpose of this quasi-experimental research were evaluated on nurses’ KAP on procedural pain management by nurses’ ability development program. The samples were 23 nurses and 46 premature infants. Paired t-test and independent t-test were applied for data analysis. The results after interventions indicated that, the mean total scores of KAP was significant higher than before interventions (p<0.05). Comparison between two groups, the mean total scores of pain in premature infants, after interventions in the experimental group was significant lower than control group (p<0.05).
