การพัฒนาการดูแลผู้สูงอายุที่มีปัญหาปวดข้อเข่า ของโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบลบ้านบาก อำเภอจังหาร จังหวัดร้อยเอ็ด (Improving Care For Elderly with Knee Pain at Ban Bak Tambol Health Promotion Hospital, Changhan District,Roi Et Province)

Abstract

การวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาและพัฒนาการดูแลผู้สูงอายุที่มีอาการปวดข้อเข่าและข้อเข่าฝืดในตอนเช้าจำานวน 30 คน ในเขต รพ.สต บ้านบากโดยได้สัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก ผู้ดูแล ประธานอสม.ผู้ใหญ่บ้าน และเจ้าหน้าที่สาธารณสุข ผลการวิจัยพบว่าอาการปวดข้อเข่าของผู้สูงอายุเกิดจากการใช้งานผิดวิธี นำ้าหนักเกินมาตรฐาน และเจ้าหน้าที่ในหน่วยบริการขาดแนวทางในการดูแล ดังนั้น จึงได้ประชุมระดมสมองหาแนวทาง วางแผนการดูแล และพัฒนาคู่มือการอบรม อสม. และแกนนำาด้วย ซึ่งดำาเนินการโดยอบรม อสม.แกนนำา ออกเยี่ยมบ้าน ให้ความรู้ และมีคู่มือการบริหารข้อ การประเมินผลหลังปฏิบัติการ 1เดือน พบว่าผู้สูงอายุสามารถบริหารข้อเข่าได้ด้วยตนเองและปรับ วิถีชีวิตทำาให้ข้อเข่าปวดลดลงทำาให้เคลื่อนไหวข้อเข่าได้ดีขึ้น

This action research was conducted to study and develop health care services in 30 elders with knee joint pain and stiffness in the Ban Bak Health Promotion Hospital (HPH). All subjects, their caregivers, village health volunteers, local organizations and the HPH were in-depth interviewed of other related individuals. The knee joint pain of elders mostly caused improper used of their joints, overweight and the health promoter did not have a practice guideline to care for this problem. A brainstorming, therefore, practice guideline to provide health services and guidelines for the health volunteer training and community health services for elders was occurred. Thereafter, the workshop was done for training the village health volunteers to go to home visits, health education and joint exercise training for the elders. Evaluation after 1 month indicated that the elders were decreased the levels of knee joint pains and increased knee joint’s ranges of motion.
