Adult members in a family who were a family primary bread winner, a key family health care giver, and also a primary country-driven, but placed their own health conditions as the last priority. They had many risk health behaviors and might lead to chronic diseases in the future. Mostly, a family primary care giver of a severe sick family member was female. There was no other member to take turns and felt psychological distress. It was found that primary health care providers mostly focused on people diseases rather than their family system.
