Abstract

Abstract


        The purposes of this research were : 1) to investigate the state of academic administration according to Krabi municipality school teachers’ opinion. 2) to compare the state of academic administration according to Krabi municipality school teachers’ opinion by education level, teaching experiences and school-size.


        The samples of this study consisted of 152 teachers from schools Krabi municipality, selected by using the table of Krejcie & Morgan, and stratified random sampling. The research instrument was questionnaires.  Data were analysed by freqency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test and One-way ANOVA. LSD method.


        The findings of this research were as follows :


  1. In overall of academic administration according to Krabi municipality school teachers’ opinion were in high level. 

  2. The comparison of teachers’ opinion classified by education level, and teaching experiences found without significantly different, while classified by school-size found significantly different at the .05 level.
