Abstract

This article is intended to be a presentation with the reduction of unequal and unfair as the root of problems. Since the struggle of social authority under the context and the state of democracy in Thailand for more than 80 years. In accordance with the questions that the world is set is why nation fail why the standard of the economy of each country has a very different. One is very rich country, another country is very poor. When examined the assumption of the theory, whether, it is an assumption of the geographic location, the assumption of culture, and the assumption of do not know. Do not have any significant differences toward the inequality and unfair. But the main cause of the difference that is based on the people in that country, lacking of political rights until leading to the political conflict, and demanding the political change in many countries including Thailand that can be seen the phenomenon obviously from the military coup in September 2006 and the event of May 19, 2010.The discourse of political reform before the general election or the general election before the political reform, more over the draft of constitution number 20 that explains about the transitional period of Thailand. The Authors believe that focusing on solving the problem about the system cannot achieve to the vision of “stability, wealth, and sustainable”, unless and until people are not well developed along with the system. People have to be developed in order to become good citizen of their nation. Promotion and expansion of the political rights of the people and distributing to every level in society are importance. The country Leader policy in progress and correct manage plan from correct people, mechanism will people by nature. Thus, the problems of unequal and unfair will be reduced and by itself develop and is sustainable Development.
