Evaluation of the “3 Million People 3 Years for Stop Smoking Therdthai King” Project by Using CIPP Model A Case Study of Songkhla Province and Satun Province

Abstract

This article was purposed to evaluation of the “3 Million People 3 Years for Stop Smoking Therd
Thai King” project case study of Songkhla and Satun province by using CIPP Model. Also, it attempted to


suggestions for the context of project. The instrument used was an questionnaire from sample included
810 of sub-district health promoting hospital staff and village health volunteer. Data analysis was
performed using the statistics of mean, standard deviation and content analyzed. The result showed
that the Songkhla province was at moderate level (x̅ = 3.24, s.d.= 0.92). However, that of Satun province
was moderate (x̅ = 3.46, s.d.= 0.64). The project procedure efficiently in Songkhla province was depend
on command toward health organization policy to practice. And the project procedure effectiveness in Satun
province was control on diversity network of lower health organization from area base.
