Abstract

The purposes of the research were to (1) study the knowledge management in Community Development Department, Ministry of Interior. (2) study the factors influencing the achievement and results. (3) suggest the appropriate approach to successfully implement knowledge management in Community Development Department, Ministry of Interior. Research samples were 194 at Community Development Department officers. The instruments used were structural interview form for 8 administrators and checklist questionnaire with open - ended answer. Statistical tools employed for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, F-test, Scheffé test, correlation and multiple regression analysis.


The research result revealed that overall, the process of knowledge management, result and the key success factor at Community Development Department were high level.
