THE SATISFACTION OF THE CLIENTS ON THE DELIVERY SERVICE IN POLICE GENERAL HOSPITAL TOWARD THE NURSING PRACTICES OF THE POLICE NURSING STUDENTS

Abstract

The aim of this study was to examine the Satisfaction of the clients on the delivery service in Police General Hospital toward the nursing practices of the police nursing students. Sixty-eight clients on the delivery service of police nursing students in November 2013- March 2014 were the population in this research. The satisfaction questionnaire was used for data collection. The data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean and the standard deviation.

The research results were as follows: Most of the clients in this study were people (98.52%), 21-25 years old (26.47%), and the employees (77.94%). Their incomes 10,001 - 20,000 THB (55.88%). They received Diploma Certificate (38.24%). They were primigravidarum (70.59%). They gave birth in February (29.41%). The satisfaction of the of the clients on the delivery service in Police General Hospital toward the nursing practices of the police nursing students was high in the aspects of service nursing, knowledge and nursing practice, and general service.
