Abstract

ABSTRACT


The research aimed to study the teachers’s satisfaction and special educational personnel towards the Administration of administrators in Special Education Center, Pibulsongkram Rajabhat University and compare the teachers’s satisfaction and special educational personnel towards the Administration of administrators in Special Education Center, Pibulsongkram Rajabhat University classified by work position and work experience. Samples were 23 teachers and special educational personnel. The instruments were the questionnaires. The statistics methods used for data analysis were percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The research findings were: 1) The teachers’s satisfaction and special educational personnel towards the Administration of administrators in Special Education Center, Pibulsongkram Rajabhat University was overall at a high level. For consideration in each aspect, it was found that the academic affairs administration was the highest level, followed by general administration, and budget administration, while the lowest was in personnel administration. 2) The compare the teachers’s satisfaction and special educational personnel towards the Administration of administrators in Special Education Center, Pibulsongkram Rajabhat University classified by work position and work experience, found that teachers and special educational personnel with work position and work experience showed not significant different.
