Research and development for education

Abstract

        Research and development aims at determining the empirical data and carries out in an obvious and continuous process. The research methodology covers three phases; phase of synthesis a draft prototype, to synthesize concept paper; phase of developing a prototype, to develop in small samples and phase of testing prototype, to trial in large samples through quasi-experiment, which needs to be followed thoroughly in order to improve educational innovation. The example of experience-based was a research and development of learning management in nursing students, using participation process to promote health behavior for students. Research and development was a process leading to construct and expand the learning management to complete nursing practice.

วิจัยและพัฒนาเพื่อการศึกษา

         การวิจัยและพัฒนา เป็นการวิจัยที่มุ่งพิจารณาข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ มีการดำเนินการวิจัยที่ต่อเนื่องกันในขั้นตอนต่างๆ ชัดเจนครอบคลุมกระบวนการวิจัยเป็น ๓ ระยะ คือ ระยะสังเคราะห์ร่างต้นแบบ มีการสังเคราะห์เอกสารเชิงวิชาการ ระยะการพัฒนาต้นแบบนวัตกรรมหรือองค์ความรู้ใหม่ พัฒนาในกลุ่มตัวอย่างขนาดเล็ก และระยะทดสอบประสิทธิผลนวัตกรรมหรือองค์ความรู้ใหม่ในต้นแบบทดสอบในกลุ่มตัวอย่างขนาดใหญ่ใช้รูปแบบการวิจัยกึ่งทดลองเพื่อพัฒนานวัตกรรมทางการศึกษา ดังตัวอย่างประสบการณ์การทำวิจัยและพัฒนาการจัดการเรียนรู้ของนักศึกษาพยาบาลโดยใช้กระบวนการมีส่วนร่วมในการสร้างเสริมพฤติกรรมสุขภาพนักเรียน แสดงให้เห็นว่าการวจิ ัยและพัฒนาเป็นกระบวนการนำไปสู่การสร้างต้นแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้ที่สามารถขยายองค์ความรู้ใหหม่ให้การฝึกปฏิบัติงานของนักศึกษาพยาบาลมีความสมบูรณ์
