DEVELOPMENT OF STRATEGIC PLANNING TRAINING KIT FOR CHILD DEVELOPMENT CENTER

Abstract

This research aims to: Develop the Strategic Planning Training Package (SPTP) of the Child Development Center (CDC). The research was conducted in 4 steps: 1) study the components of the SPTP of the CDC; 2) Develop the SPTP of the CDC; 3) 4) Evaluate the SPTP of the CDC. Samples for research included: (1) 7 experts on the policy and plan (2) 5 network lecturers of the education Development plan and local development plan of local government organization (3) head of the CDC of 18 provincial groups under the Jurisdiction local administrative of 68 people which devised in to three types of groups as individual of 18, group of 30 and field practice of 20 people. Research tools include: Group discussion notes, training sets, test and questionnaire. Qualitative data analysis used content analysis and quantitative data were percentages, mean, standard deviation

               The research findings were as follows: 1. The components of the SPTP of the CDC consisted of: 1) title, 2) objectives, 3) essence, 4) activity, 5) media, 6) evaluation, and 7) Strategic Planning Training for the Child Development Center consists of a training manual. And 8 training kits as follows: 1) preparation of the plan 2) analysis of the environment 3) creating a vision 4) Strategic Planning 5) Strategic Implementation 6) Budget Planning 7) Preparation of the plan and 8) Control and evaluation.
