FACTORS OF SEAT FRAMEWORK ADMINISTRATIONS CONDITIONS AFFECTING THE EFFECTIVENESS

Abstract

The purposes of thesis were:  1) to study of SEAT Framework administrations conditions, 2) to study of the operational effectiveness, 3) to study of correlations between of SEAT Framework administrations conditions with the operational effectivenessand 4) to predict the equation derived from SEAT Framework administrations conditions based on the operational effectiveness. Collecting the data from 306people of the school administrator and teachers of Schools in Nakhonsawan Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 by questionnaires was used to collect the data. Data were analyzed in terms of means, standard deviation, statistical hypothesis with Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation Coefficient and Multiple Regression by Enter method. It was found that; 1) the overall and individual of SEAT Framework administrations conditions of Schools in Nakhonsawan Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 were at the high level. 2) The overall and individual of the operational effectiveness of Schools in Nakhonsawan Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 were at the high level. 3) The correlations between of SEAT Framework administrations conditions based on negatively related to the operational effectiveness not significant difference (r = -0.11). And 4) variables of student (X1), environment (X2), activities (X3) and tools (X4) were multiple correlation coefficients (R = 0.28), the power of prophecy (R2 = 8.0%) were not significant difference. The regression coefficients in raw score (b= 0.08, 0.06, -0.22 and -0.14). The regression coefficients in standard score (β = 0.11, 0.08, -0.25 and-0.15). Create a forecast equation as follows.
