Abstract

the purposes of this study were 1) to study the internal supervision and teaching effectiveness in school under Nakhonsawan Primary Education Service Area Office 2. 2) to study the relationship between the internal supervision and teaching effectiveness in Nakhonsawan Primary Education Service Area Office 2. 3) to predicting equation of the internal supervision affecting of teaching effectiveness in Nakhonsawan Primary Education Service Area Office 2. The findings showed that the internal supervision and teaching effectiveness in school under Nakhonsawan Primary Education Service Area Office 2 as a whole was at the high level. The relationship between the internal supervision and teaching effectiveness in Nakhonsawan Primary Education Service Area Office 2 was statistically significant at 0.01 level The internal supervision affecting of teaching effectiveness in Nakhonsawan Primary Education Service Area Office 2. There were 3 factors affect. The professional development, Curriculum Development and Classroom Action Research. It can be predicted 23.00% (Adjusted R square =.230). The prediction equations derived could be written as follows:
