ปัจจัยเชิงสาเหตุที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการนำเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร (ICT) มาใช้ในธุรกิจโรงแรมขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อมของประเทศไทย

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) อิทธิพลของปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการนำ ICT มาใช้ในธุรกิจโรงแรมขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อมของประเทศไทย 2) อิทธิพลของการนำ ICT มาใช้ที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการดำเนินงานในธุรกิจโรงแรมขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อมของประเทศไทย กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ศึกษา คือ ธุรกิจโรงแรมขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อมในประเทศไทย จำนวน 212 แห่ง ได้มาจากการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอนเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามมาตรประมาณค่า 7 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ การวิเคราะห์โมเดลสมการเชิงโครงสร้าง (SEM) ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ตัวแบบปัจจัยเชิงสาเหตุที่มีอิทธิพล
ต่อการนำ ICT มาใช้ในธุรกิจโรงแรมขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อมของประเทศไทยที่ผู้วิจัยพัฒนาขึ้นโดยการบูรณาการแนวคิดทฤษฎีนวัตกรรม และทฤษฎีองค์การนั้นมีความสอดคล้องกลมกลืนกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ (X2/df = 0.96 GFI=0.96 AGFI=0.91 CFI=1.00 RMSEA=0.00 SRMR=0.02) โดยปัจจัยองค์กร และปัจจัยสิ่งแวดล้อม มีอิทธิพลทางตรงต่อปัจจัยการนำ ICT มาใช้ และปัจจัยการนำ ICT มาใช้ มีอิทธิพลทางตรงต่อประสิทธิภาพการดำเนินงาน นอกจากนี้พบว่า ปัจจัยองค์กร และปัจจัยสิ่งแวดล้อม มีอิทธิพลทางอ้อมผ่านปัจจัยการนำ ICT มาใช้ในธุรกิจโรงแรมขนาดกลางและขนาดย่อมของประเทศไทย
