In the first step of the article submission for publication in the journal, what documents must be submitted?

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The documents must be submitted for the consideration of publication in the journal as follows: 

- The manuscript of article in form of word file for 1 set

- Form for the article submission for 1 copy                   

- Evidence of the money transfer

In addition, please study the technique of accurate writing of the article from the DOWNLOAD menu, and select: the document of introduction for translation, the reference document and the example of the article in order to use for correct writing of the manuscript of article.

The experts who evaluate the article, how many of them, and which agencies are they from?

 

 

 

 

 

 

The article must be assessed for the quality by 2 experts for 1 article, regarding the selection of the experts, if the article is from the inside source of Yala Rajabhat University, 2 experts must be selected from the outside source, but if the article is from the outside agency, 1 expert must be selected from the inside source and 1 expert selected from the outside source or 2 experts selected from the outside source.

Which fields of the articles are accepted for consideration of YRU Journal (Yala Rajabhat University Journal)?

 

 

 

The articles in the fields of Education, Business Administration, Economics, Sociology and related other fields are accepted by the University Journal, but there may be more limitations of the fields in the future in order to make the Journal more effective in the scope of work.

If the article is required to submit, what are the ways of submission?

 

 

The article can be submitted through this online journal system and via email: ejournal@yru.ac.th (But it will be accepted through the system only in the future.)

How long does it take from the consideration period until to the publication period?

 

 

 

It takes about 1-2 months, however, the experts will take 1 month for the academic quality assessment and the remaining duration depends on both the preparation for the manuscript of the article and the revision of the author.

Is there a cost of the article submission for the consideration of the publication?

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

A fee of 2,000 Baht for Thai article, 3,000 Baht for English article, the evidence of the money transfer together with the article required to submit for consideration, and if your article has been accepted for publication in the journal, you must apply for a membership of the Yala Rajabhat University Journal for 1 year (3 editions) as well as make a payment in amount of 900 Baht through Bank Account of the Journal Task after you have received the notification of the result of consideration for publication only.

 Is the Journal available in the TCI database?

 

 

 

At present, the Journal is available in the TCI database, Group 1, which has been certified for 5 years from the year 2015 – 2019.(The information can be checked in the website of TCI.)

Which types of the articles can be submitted for the consideration of publication?

 

 

The articles accepted for the consideration consist of 4 types, namely 1. Academic article 2. Research article 3. Review article, and 4.Book article

The article which has been published in the Yala Rajabhat University Journal, can it be submitted for the graduation or requested for the academic position?

 

 

 

 

It can be normally submitted for graduation requirement or requested for the academic position since the Yala Rajabhat University Journal has existed in the TCI database, Group 1, and complied with the condition of the Announcement of KorPhor (The Civil Service Commission in the Institute of Higher Education)

After the manuscript of the article has been submitted for the consideration, can the notification of the acceptance for publication be issued by the Journal?

 

 

 

 

 

No. because the notification of the acceptance for publication will issued when your article has passed the assessment of 2 experts whether it can be published or not and you must revise it under their suggestions, and then it must pass the consideration of the editor before, so the notification of the acceptance can be issued, but the letter accepted for the consideration can be issued firstly only.
