Transformation Leadership on Personal Administration of Islamic Private School Administrators in Pattani Province

Abstract

This study aims to 1) study the transformational leadership of the executive, 2) study the administrator of the executive, 3) compare the transformational leadership 4) compare the administration of administrators as perceived by teachers of Islamic Private School in Pattani province 5) study the relationship between the transformational leadership and personal administration and 6) evaluate the suggestions of transformational leadership and personal administration. The samples in this study were 372 teachers who are teaching in Islamic Private School in Pattani province, academic year 2016. Questionnaire was introduced to use in this study. Statistical package analysis included percentages, means, standard deviations, t-test and F-test. The differences will be examined by Scheffe’s method. The transformational leadership of the executive as perceived by teachers of Islamic Private School in Pattani Provincewas was at a high level. The personal administration of the executive as perceived by teachers of Islamic Private School in Pattani Provincewas was at a moderate level. The comparison results of transformational leadership of the executive as perceived by teachers of Islamic Private School in Pattani Province according to gender, age, education and working experiences were the same. The comparison results of personal administration of the executive as perceived by teachers of Islamic Private School in Pattani Province according to gender, age, education and working experiences were the same. The results of relationship between the transformational leadership and personal administrationof the executive of Islamic Private School in Pattani Province according to found that the relationship was positive. The suggestions of evaluation of transformational leadership and personal administration found that the executive should decide morally and ethically, The personal administration of the executive suggestions found that the executive should define the personnel recruitment system. The procedures should be fair.
